Your service advisors or BDC representatives can schedule service calls and appointments that are then integrated with your DMS. Both scheduled appointments and marketing campaign responses can be assigned using a round robin system. Finally, you can manage the follow-up process to see whether customers have been contacted and to view the results of each campaign.
