For internal purposes, the Online Service Appointment Scheduler is seamlessly integrated with your DMS (push and pull) so you have real-time access to service data. For example, service manager can set multiple scheduling criteria, including by hour, by advisor, or by category so you can customize the number and type of appointments per service technician or advisor.
