Choose a Marketing Center Search Option fromt he Main Menu, Marketing Center

To maintain the security of your customer database, the password for exporting to an Excel-compatible file is a special password that is normally only provided to the General Manager of the dealership. If he or she wishes to give it out, they may do so
at his or her discretion.

How do I find out how many of my Customers/Prospects have email addresses?

Click on Marketing Center and select
the All Customers option. Next you will be presented with a number of search options. Make sure to select
"Either" in the email address selection field to get the total universe of Customers that fit the search criteria.

What is Desired Vehicle Search used for?

Desired Vehicle Search allows you to search through all of the people that have Called In, Clicked In via the Internet or walked on to the Showroom floor, inquiring about a specific vehicle. This tool can be used to target Missed Opportunities regarding old age inventory, specific vehicles and more. Additionally, when a Customer asks you to call them when a specific vehicle comes in, you can use Desired Vehicles to find and re-initiate contact with that Customer.

What is Equity Search used for?

Equity Search can be used to find people with Equity in a particular Model of vehicle. Additionally, you can specify their purchase date in an effort to target people who have equity but earned their way into equity versus just the people that put down a large down payment. Finally, you can also do negative equity searches by using a minus sign before the dollar amount.

What is the Equity Search in the Service Department used for?

Equity Search in the Service Department will show you clients that have been in service during a given time period AND have a particular amount of Equity in their vehicle. This search would be used to try to find Customers that might be motivated to purchase a new vehicle based on Equity and/or recent repairs.

What does the Service Penetration report show?

Service Penetration allows you to search your Service Customers for all Customers that have visited your Service Department during a given timeframe but haven't been back since. You can search by Date Sold, Vehicle Year Range, Mileage, Service Advisor etc. So, for example you could search for everyone that came in to service between 1/1/2008 and 1/1/2010 but that have not yet returned since that time.

What is Service to Finance?

Service to Finance allows you to search through all of your Ownerbase and find Customers that don't currently have a Service Contract and are coming up on their Comprehensive Warranty Expiration. You can search by Date Sold, Vehicle Age and by Mileage range.
